Jake Evans, 17, killed him mom and sister in TX home. But there's a problem--under sentencing guidelines, if convicted of capitol murder, he has to have life without parole or death. But Feds say you can't give a juvenile either sentence.(Unconstitutional--cruel and unusual I guess)
Damn Feds. They should keep their liberal-ass noses out of state business.
How is TX supposed to support their gun-loving lifestyle with esoteric dilemmas fabricated by the fucking US Constitution. Makes ya wanna rebel yell.
